Selected Projects

A selection of built and conceptual projects exploring regenerative land design across different contexts, scales, and constraints.

Together, they reflect an approach that integrates architecture, landscape regeneration, and long-term value creation — from fully constructed estates to the considered decision not to build.

Stewardship Through Inhabitation — Costa Rica (Ongoing)

A three-hectare forest held with deliberate restraint.

The land was originally a cacao plantation, later abandoned and left to regenerate over decades. Today, much of it functions as a dense, layered ecosystem approaching primary forest conditions.

Intervention has been minimal and intentional. A network of paths was opened by hand, allowing the land to be inhabited without disrupting its structure. In already-altered areas, selective planting introduced fruit systems and productive species. An existing structure was dismantled and rebuilt using reclaimed hardwoods — a dwelling embedded within the landscape rather than placed upon it.
